The holiday home was built in 2006 and is located in one of the most attractive spots in the Park les Jardins du Château d'Olonne, looking on to the edge of the fields. The wonderfully planned garden with swimming pool is on the south side, and the sun shines on it all day long. You will find the plan of the area here.
The accommodation is an ideal holiday location for 2-6 people. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
Features of the accommodation
The accommodation comprises 85 square metres altogether, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/kitchen with dining area and a patio.
Living, cooking, eating
The main meeting point for the whole family is the large living room/kitchen with dining area. It has a comfortable couch area, a media corner with flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player, and a large dining table with six chairs.
The kitchen area is very well equipped, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, etc. Naturally there is also plenty of cutlery and tableware provided for you.
Bedrooms
The three bedrooms provide a good night’s sleep for all guests. Two of them have a comfortable double bed, while the children’s room has bunk beds. You can store your luggage in the large wardrobes.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms help to make your morning routine stress-free. The larger bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, as well as a heated towel rail and the smaller bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Outdoor area
The generously proportioned garden has a heated swimming pool which is great for cooling down when the summer weather is hot. It is heated by solar power.
The garden also has an area for playing Boules, and this is a great source of entertainment.
The large patio has garden furniture and garden chairs, complete with cushions and covers, and there is a sunshade and various other useful pieces of equipment for use in the garden are available from the storeroom.
Other features
You can park your car under the car port. In the winter, the underfloor heating keeps the property nice and warm.
